Both Political parties of the state against general category in government officers promotion only for vote. In MP state, both political parties i.e., BJP and Congress are against promotion of State Government employees and officers, only for getting 28% votes of SC & ST population in the state. while in 2012, State High Court ordered for promotions of general category officers & employees, and revert all officers & employees who got promotions, due to their cast, on the same time State ruling BJP, only for getting SC & ST votes, not given any promotions to general category officers and employees in all state government departments, and filed a writ petition in Supreme Court for staying for not to revert SC ST officers & employees, since that time, ruling BJP government fraudulently not given any promotion on this false base. 2nd coincide, approx 70% general category officers and employees completed their service tenure and retired because of since 1985, there is no recruitment of general category in 90% govt. department.
