In this website, the information, which we have released, before releasing the news,
we served the letters to the concerning authorities, under MP Right of Information
Act 2005 to the departments of MP state government, Indore dist. and state capital,
HO & ministries of concerning department at Bhopal India and Citizen Charter of
Govt. of India, to the department of Govt. of India, Indore, Bhopal, & New Delhi,
to all the company & corporation under Indian Company Act 1956, since 1998, MP Trust
Act 1960, MP Coop. Society Act 1960, MP Society Act 1970, etc., for verification
of the documents & records, with our news, and time limit of 15 days given, according
to the law it is generally 7 days, through the printed letters, by hand, by post,
by fax & through Email, but 95% letters not responded by concerning authorities.
While we already declared, mentioned in these letters, if you shall be unable to
provide, the required information, within stipulated time, we are free from any
legal liability to write & release the news, which we got through our sources. In
the websites of corruption, in our newspaper Weekly SAMAYA MAYA & monthly VISWA
KRISHI Hindi language, and to supply others newspapers, tv news channels etc., through
any suitable mode around the world. In place of supply of information, many officers
threaten to us for release of news against them. Our object is not to defame any
one, but of course for welfare of entire world we are producing this for awareness
of public & their interest.
At last again we want to declare, if any authentic source
of information, attached with proofs reaches at our office, we can change, related
news, for the welfare of all. Suggestions, complaints are invited from any corner
of planet.
